Mission Exodus (2011)

The band lunched Rise EP in the winter of 2009 knowing that the following March they would start their biggest project so far. The apocalyptic themed Mission Exodus was set to be the best record so far with the band aiming at a much higher level. Three tracks were recording at Animal Farm Studios in London produced by Ville and Matt Leppanen, setting the bar high. The rest of the album was then recorded back in Somerset, once again produced by the band, but this time at The Orchard Studios with all the tools of a great studio available to them.

The only trouble with finishing “How a War is Won” was that the fun recording it was over. The only thing to do was to start the next one. Rise was recorded very much as the first but with more time spent on getting the sound quality better then the first record. This six track EP is really all about giving the people who loved the first album some new songs and was released as a limited edition hand number CD as well as being distributed digitally. There are now only a few of the CDs left so get yourself one at the shop before they all go!

Three friends (formally of the band X-Teller) decided to get together to write music once again. This time there was no pressure to please anyone other than the band members themselves and music came flowing. Excited about the new sound the band decided to start recording. Soon enough they knew they were looking at an album project. The finished product is a classic/hard rock album recorded and written by the band with songs about there life experiences. This is the definition of independent music.
